cSHARE's professional services organization and its partners offer a broad range of services including: product training, prototype development, training seminars and workshops, product implementation, application development, product customizations, system integration and a full range of technical support. Working closely with our customers allows our professional services to continually provide our product development team with immediate and much needed customer feedback.

Our general approach to services is to consistently deliver complete customer satisfaction while reducing risk as much as possible. This enables us to attain the objectives set out at the beginning of the engagment with the customer in the shortest possible time.

Our professional services fall into four primary categories:

• Business and Technology Assessment Services - Allows you to define the complete project plan and determine the potential benefits before making a large investment.

• Product Implementation Services - Provides professional services to rapidly implement our partner solutions in our clients business.  Certified implementation professionals will quickly implement and configure your system to meet your defined business objectives and allow you to receive the maximum return in the shortest time.   We also offer SMARTEAM Training and RuleStream Training to compliment installations of those products.

• System Integration Services - Allows you to maximize your ROI by leveraging our expertise in business process optimization and engineering knowledge management. We work closely with your team to integrate our solutions into your backend ERP or legacy data systems.
