Executive Advisory Board:
Mark
R. Orzen, – Founder and President of Progressive
Computing and cSHARE Corporation, a company that helps manufacturing companies see and
share product lifecycle information across the enterprise to increase revenues,
enhance innovation and reduce time to market.
Mark is a proven business leader with over twenty years of experience at over
850 clients. Primarily focused on optimizing processes and addressing enterprise
inefficiencies, Marks businesses have overseen global collaboration solutions,
3D standardization, integrations with SAP/Oracle/Mapics and other ERP solutions,
supply chain, FDA and helped to accelerate new product development. Progressive
Computing became one of the fastest growing companies in Cleveland, winning the
Weatherhead 100 Outstanding Growth for three years and the Lake-Geauga County
FAST Track 50 six years in a row.
Mark formed cSHARE to provide solutions for two primary process-centric
challenges in today’s manufacturing community. First, to help manufacturers
become more competitive through product lifecycle management initiatives and
secondly, to help Engineer-to-Order (ETO) firms shorten time to market through
design, sales and manufacturing process automation.
Mark has been an active member of NEOSA, SME, PMI, CAMP, COSE and VarBusiness.
Craig J. McLeod - PLM
Business Development, Dassault Systemes of America
Craig graduated with a BS Mechanical Engineering from Kettering
University (Formerly GMI) with cognates in Advanced Manufacturing and Polymer
Processing in 1990. As part of his bachelor’s degree, Craig completed a thesis
on the Implementation of Activity Based Costing (ABC) in GM’s Powertrain
Division. Craig then went on to complete a MSME in 1993 also from Kettering
University with his emphasis on Engineering and Manufacturing Systems. As part
of this under-graduate degree, Craig was in a co-op program with General Motors
where he worked every other semester. Upon graduation he continued working for
General Motors and held various positions including: Financial Analyst, Senior
Manufacturing Planning Administrator, Senior Timing and Readiness Analyst, and
finally Manager of the New Vehicle Planning and Scheduling Group, for the Metal
Fabricating Division, GM’s largest. Craig left General Motors in 1999 to become
the Executive Manager of E-Commerce at DCT, Inc. While at DCT, Craig deployed
SMARTEAM as an enterprise PLM solution for internal use and for a newly formed
industry focused business. In 2002, Craig was asked to join the Dassault Team
to work as a PLM Business Development Manager for Dassault Systemes. Currently,
Craig manages Dassault’s PLM Business Development and Marketing efforts for 10
distributors covering 30 states and five provinces. Craig has several outside
interests including a love for the financial services industry where he holds
several state licenses. He also loves downhill skiing and is certified through
the United States Coaching Association (USCA) as a Level I Alpine Ski Racing
Coach. Craig is married to his wife, Amy, of six years and has a 17 month old
daughter, Keely Brynn.
